“Identified or identifiable natural person” means a person who can be readily identified, directly or indirectly. 16. “Institution of higher education” means nonprofit private institutions of higher education and proprietary private institutions of higher education in the state, community colleges, and each associate-degree-granting and baccalaureate public institutions of higher education in the state. 17. “Nonprofit organization” means any corporation organized under chapter 504, any organization exempt from taxation under sections 501(c)(3), 501(c)(6), or 501(c)(12) of the Internal Revenue (Iowa Code § 715D.1)
