What does “Internet identifier” mean in Iowa criminal law?
“Internet identifier” means an electronic mail address, instant message address or identifier, or any other designation or moniker used for self-identification during internet communication or posting, including all designations used for the purpose of routing or self-identification in internet communications or postings. 16. “Jurisdiction” means any state of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States Virgin Islands, or a federally recognized Indian tribe. 17. “Loiter” means remaining in a (Iowa Code § 692A.101)
