What does “Sexually motivated” mean in Iowa criminal law?
“Sexually motivated” means the same as defined in section 229A.2. 30. “Sexually violent offense” means an offense for which a conviction has been entered for any of the following indictable offenses: a. (Iowa Code § 692A.101)
