What does “State agency” mean in Iowa criminal law?
“State agency” means the same as defined in 129 IAC 10.2(8B). 28. “Targeted advertising” means displaying advertisements to a consumer where the advertisement is selected based on personal data obtained from that consumer’s activities over time and across nonaffiliated websites or online applications to predict such consumer’s preferences or interests. “Targeted advertising” does not include the following: a. (Iowa Code § 715D.1)
