What does “Telecommunications service provider” mean in Iowa criminal law?
“Telecommunications service provider” means a person who advertises, sells, leases, or provides telecommunications services to another person. 9. “Unfair practice” means the same as defined in section 714.16, subsection 1, and also means any failure of a person to comply with the Telecommunications Act or with any statute or rule enforced by the utilities commission relating to a telecommunications service selection or change.
