What does “Urine additive” mean in Iowa criminal law?
“Urine additive” means any substance that is designed to be added to human urine for the purpose of defrauding a drug or alcohol test. 6. “Writing” includes printing or any other method of recording information, and includes money, coins, tokens, stamps, seals, credit cards, badges, trademarks, and other symbols of value, right, privilege, or identification. (Iowa Code § 715A.1)
