Iowa Code § 723A.3Primary source, current through the 2026 Iowa Code (enactments effective on or before 2026-01-01, through the 2025 Regular Session, 91st G.A.)
1. A person who solicits, recruits, entices, or intimidates a minor to join a criminal street gang commits a class “C” felony. 2. A person who conspires to solicit, recruit, entice, or intimidate a minor to join a criminal street gang commits a class “D” felony.
