What does “Other judicial warrant” mean in Maine criminal law?
"Other judicial warrant" means a warrant, other than a bench warrant, issued by the Supreme Judicial Court, Superior Court, District Court or Probate Court, pursuant to statute or common law, including, but not limited to, civil orders of arrest and warrants for failure to respond to a subpoena or for jury duty. 15.
