17-A M.R.S. § 211Primary source, current through the First Special Session of the 132nd Maine Legislature (current through October 1, 2025)

1. A person is guilty of reckless conduct if he recklessly creates a substantial risk of serious bodily injury to another person. 2. Reckless conduct is a Class D crime.
