29-A M.R.S. § 2505Primary source, current through the First Special Session of the 132nd Maine Legislature (current through October 1, 2025)

Notwithstanding other limitations, the Secretary of State may issue a restricted license to a person for the purpose of allowing that person to participate in an alcohol and drug program or other treatment program determined appropriate by the Department of Health and Human Services.
