What does “Minor” mean in New Jersey criminal law?
"Minor" means a person who is under 18 years of age. "Photograph" means a print, negative, slide, digital image, motion picture, or videotape, and includes anything tangible or intangible produced by photographing. f. (N.J.S.A. 2C:13-10)
