What does “Oil” mean in New Jersey criminal law?

"Oil" means any liquid fuel with a flash point of greater than 100 degrees Fahrenheit, including but not limited to kerosene. L.1983, c. 438, s. 1. (N.J.S.A. 2C:40-6)
