What does “Traffic” mean in New Jersey criminal law?

"Traffic" means: (1) To sell, transfer, distribute, dispense, or otherwise dispose of property to another person; or (2) To buy, receive, possess, or obtain control of or use property, with intent to sell, transfer, distribute, dispense, or otherwise dispose of such property to another person. l.
