By joint resolution adopted by the Senate and General Assembly and signed by the Governor with respect to a particular rule or rules therein specified, the period of time as provided in 2C:43-17 during which the same may be canceled by joint resolution may be reduced or eliminated. L.1978, c. 95, s. 2C:43-20, eff. Sept. 1, 1979.
