2C:47-2. Report on Examination. The Department of Corrections shall conduct the psychological examination required pursuant to N.J.S.2C:47-1 within 30 days after it receives the Presentence Report. Upon completion of the psychological examination, the Department of Corrections shall send to the court a written report of the results of the examination, including a determination of whether the offender's conduct was characterized by a pattern of repetitive, compulsive behavior and, if it was, a further determination of the offender's amenability to sex offender treatment and willingness to participate in such treatment.
