A person who is convicted of a crime shall be disqualified a. From voting in any primary, municipal, special or general election as determined by the provisions of R.S. 19:4-1; and b. From serving as a juror as determined by the provisions of N.J.S. 2A:69-1. L.1978, c. 95, s. 2C:51-3, eff. Sept. 1, 1979. Amended by L.1979, c. 178, s. 106, eff. Sept. 1, 1979.
