222.30 Criminal possession of cannabis in the third degree. A person is guilty of criminal possession of cannabis in the third degree when he or she knowingly and unlawfully possesses: 1. cannabis and such cannabis weighs more than sixteen ounces; or 2. concentrated cannabis and such concentrated cannabis weighs more than five ounces. Criminal possession of cannabis in the third degree is a class A misdemeanor.
