500.05 Laws repealed. Chapter eighty-eight of the laws of nineteen hundred nine, entitled "An act providing for the punishment of crime, constituting chapter forty of the consolidated laws," and all acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto, constituting the penal law as heretofore in force, are hereby repealed.
