What does “Ultimate user” mean in South Dakota criminal law?
(11) "Ultimate user," a person who lawfully possesses a controlled drug or substance for that person's own use or for the use of a member of that person's household or for administration to an animal owned by that person or by a member of that person's household. (SDCL § 22-42-1)
