Terms used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, mean: (1) "Antique firearm," a firearm as defined in subdivision § 22-1-2(4); (2) "Concealed," a firearm as defined in subdivision § 22-1-2(6); (3) "Crime of violence," an action as defined in subdivision § 22-1-2(9); (4) "Pistol," a firearm as defined in subdivision § 22-1-2(32); (5) "Seller," a person as defined in subdivision § 22-1-2(44).
