The running of a juvenile probationer's probationary period shall be suspended if: (1) The juvenile probationer absconds from supervision; (2) Any petition to modify or revoke a term of probation is filed; or (3) A probation violation report is filed during any pending court proceeding related to the filing of the violation report.
