(a) As a condition of receiving a grant under this subchapter, a law enforcement agency shall report to the commission annually regarding the costs of implementing a body worn camera program, including all known equipment costs and costs for data storage. (b) The commission shall compile the information submitted under Subsection (a) into a report and submit the report to the governor's office and the legislature not later than December 1 of each year.
