A court granting community supervision to a defendant convicted of an offense under Chapter 71 , Penal Code, may impose as a condition of community supervision restrictions on the defendant's operation of a motor vehicle, including specifying: (1) hours during which the defendant may not operate a motor vehicle; and (2) locations at or in which the defendant may not operate a motor vehicle.
