A defendant participating in a program under this subchapter must be confined in the community corrections facility at all times except for time spent: (1) attending and traveling to and from: (A) an education or rehabilitation program as ordered by the court; or (B) a community service project; (2) away from the facility for purposes described by this subchapter; and (3) traveling to and from work, if applicable.
