(a) A hospital licensed under the laws of this state shall display prominently in its emergency room posters giving notice of the existence and general provisions of this chapter. (b) The attorney general shall: (1) set standards for the location of the posters described by Subsection (a); and (2) provide posters, application forms, and general information regarding this chapter to each hospital and physician licensed to practice in this state.
