Tex. Code Crim. Proc. art. 56B.508Primary source, current through the 89th Legislature, 2nd Called Session (2025)

(a) If the court sustains the finding that a violation occurred, the court may order the person to pay the full or a reduced administrative penalty. (b) If the court does not sustain the finding that a violation occurred, the court shall order that a penalty is not owed.
