The following persons are immune from liability for good faith conduct under this chapter: (1) an employee or officer of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, the Texas Juvenile Justice Department, the Department of Public Safety, the Board of Pardons and Paroles, the Texas Civil Commitment Office, or a local law enforcement authority; (2) an employee or officer of a community supervision and corrections department or a juvenile probation department; (3) a member of the judiciary; and (4) a member of the risk assessment review committee established under Article 62.007 .
