(a) Before submitting to the center a DNA sample obtained under Article 63.057 , the law enforcement agency shall reverify the status of a high-risk missing person. (b) As soon as practicable after a DNA sample is obtained, the law enforcement agency shall submit the DNA sample, a copy of the missing person's report, and any supplemental information to the center.
