(a) An extrajurisdictional registrant is required to comply with the annual verification requirements of Article 65.056 . (b) The duty to register for an extrajurisdictional registrant expires on the date the person's duty to register would expire under the laws of the other state or foreign country had the person remained in that state or foreign country, under federal law, or under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, as applicable.
