For each arrest for a felony or misdemeanor other than a misdemeanor punishable by fine only, the criminal justice information system must include information relating to: (1) offenders; (2) arrests; (3) prosecutions; (4) the disposition of cases by courts; (5) sentencing; and (6) the handling of offenders received by a correctional agency, facility, or other institution.
