What does “Animal crushing” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Animal crushing" means actual conduct in which a living non-human mammal, bird, reptile, or amphibian is intentionally crushed, burned, drowned, suffocated, impaled, or otherwise subjected to serious bodily injury. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-5c-101)
