What does “Bodily substance or material” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Bodily substance or material" means: (1)(a)(i)(A) saliva, blood, urine, semen, or fecal material; (1)(a)(i)(B) an infectious agent or a material that carries an infectious agent; or (1)(a)(i)(C) vomit or a material that carries vomit. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-102.9)
