What does “Consumption” mean in Utah criminal law?

"Consumption" means ingesting or having any measurable amount of a controlled substance in an individual's body, but this Subsection (1)(c) does not include the metabolite of a controlled substance. (Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-101)
