What does “Depressant or stimulant substance” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Depressant or stimulant substance" means: (1)(k)(i) a drug which contains any quantity of barbituric acid or any of the salts of barbituric acid; (1)(k)(ii) a drug which contains any quantity of: (1)(k)(ii)(A) amphetamine or any of its optical isomers; (1)(k)(ii)(B) any salt of amphetamine or any salt of an optical isomer of amphetamine; or (1)(k)(ii)(C) any substance that the secretary of Health and Human Services or the attorney general of the United States after investigation has found, and by regulation designated, habit-forming because of the substance's stimulant effect on the central n (Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-101)
