What does “Enhanced tribal card” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Enhanced tribal card" means a tribal identification card that: (1)(b)(i) is issued by a federally recognized Indian tribe; (1)(b)(ii) meets the requirements established by the United States Department of Homeland Security for use as an acceptable document to denote identity and citizenship; and (1)(b)(iii) includes enhanced security features. (Utah Code Ann. § 53-3-237)
