What does “Facilitation of the transportation” mean in Utah criminal law?

"Facilitation of the transportation" includes providing: (1)(a)(ii)(A) travel arrangement services; (1)(a)(ii)(B) payment for the costs of travel; or (1)(a)(ii)(C) property that would advance an act of transportation, including: (1)(a)(ii)(C)(I) a vehicle or other means of transportation; (1)(a)(ii)(C)(II) a weapon; (1)(a)(ii)(C)(III) false identification; or (1)(a)(ii)(C)(IV) making lodging available, including by rent, lease, or sale. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-316)
