What does “Fentanyl-related substance” mean in Utah criminal law?

"Fentanyl-related substance" means a derivative or analog of fentanyl including: (1)(a)(i)(A) carfentanil; (1)(a)(i)(B) sufentanil; (1)(a)(i)(C) alfentanil; or (1)(a)(i)(D) a fentanyl-related substance that is a controlled substance as described in Section 58-37-107. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-18-220)
