What does “Indian religion” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Indian religion" means a religion: (1)(c)(i) the origin and interpretation of which is from within a traditional Indian culture or community; and (1)(c)(ii) that is practiced by Indians. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-18-201)
