What does “Legal privilege” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Legal privilege" means an act that: (1)(a)(iv)(A) is authorized by state law, including rules under Title 23A, Wildlife Resources Act; and (1)(a)(iv)(B) is not in violation of a local ordinance. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-13-202)
