"Library" means: (1)(a)(i)(A) a public library; (1)(a)(i)(B) a library of an educational or historical society; (1)(a)(i)(C) a museum; or (1)(a)(i)(D) a repository of public records. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-801)
