What does “Mental disability” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Mental disability" means an intellectual disability or a neurodevelopmental disorder as those terms are defined in the current edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-2-305)
