What does “Nuisance” mean in Utah criminal law?

"Nuisance" means an item, thing, manner, or condition that: (7)(a) is dangerous to human life or health; or (7)(b) renders soil, air, water, or food impure or unwholesome. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-9-1301)
