What does “Pattern of unlawful activity” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Pattern of unlawful activity" means engaging in conduct that constitutes the commission of at least three episodes of unlawful activity, which episodes are not isolated, but have the same or similar purposes, results, participants, victims, or methods of commission, or otherwise are interrelated by distinguishing characteristics. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-17-401)
