What does “Physician” mean in Utah criminal law?

"Physician" means an individual licensed under: (1)(h)(i) Chapter 67, Utah Medical Practice Act; or (1)(h)(ii) Chapter 68, Utah Osteopathic Medical Practice Act. (Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-310)
