What does “Pornographic or indecent material” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Pornographic or indecent material" means any material that: (1)(a)(iii)(A) is harmful to minors; (1)(a)(iii)(B) is pornographic; (1)(a)(iii)(C) is a description of or depiction of illicit sex or sexual immorality; (1)(a)(iii)(D) contains a nude or partially denuded figure; or (1)(a)(iii)(E) is obscene animal abuse material. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-5c-208)
