What does “Public utility” mean in Utah criminal law?

"Public utility" means a system owned or operated for public use, including: (1)(c)(i) a pipeline system; (1)(c)(ii) a system for gas, electric, heat, water, oil, sewer, telephone, telegraph, radio, railway, or transportation communication; (1)(c)(iii) a railroad; or (1)(c)(iv) an airplane. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-8-809)
