What does “Qualified practitioner” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Qualified practitioner" means a practitioner who is: (1)(d)(i) registered with the United States Drug Enforcement Administration to issue an emergency medical order; and (1)(d)(ii) working at a general acute hospital. (Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-307)
