What does “Reverse-keyword information” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Reverse-keyword information" means information that: (9)(a)(i) identifies an unnamed individual, by name or other unique identifier, who: (9)(a)(i)(A) electronically searched for a particular word, phrase, character string, or website; or (9)(a)(i)(B) visited a particular website through a link generated by an electronic search for a particular word, phrase, character string, or website; and (9)(a)(ii) is or is not limited to a specific geographic area or time frame.
