What does “Service animal” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Service animal" means: (1)(a)(iii)(A) a service animal as that term is defined in Section 26B-6-801; or (1)(a)(iii)(B) a search and rescue dog. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-13-211)
