What does “Sponsoring entity” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Sponsoring entity" means any political subdivision of the state, including a school or school district, juvenile court, law enforcement agency, prosecutor's office, county, city, or town. (Utah Code Ann. § 80-6-901)
